Meet Freshman of the Week, Addie DeLong! Addie is involved in both Animal Club and Travel Club. When she’s not at school, she’s a dancer at Bohaty’s School of Dance. Her favorite memory at VLHS is homecoming, specifically dancing and getting closer with her friends. So far, Addie’s favorite class has been art. She looks forward to meeting new people this year, since it’s a much bigger environment compared to middle school. Addie’s advice for future freshmen is: “Don't be afraid to talk to people, get out of
your comfort zone, and you will for sure find
an amazing group of friends. Popularity
doesn't matter.” If she could say one thing to her senior year self, it would be,“I'm proud of you! You graduated!”
