Events for the Week of 12/13

It’s a new week, which comes with lots of new events! There is currently a Christmas tree competition going on between all of the classes. The trees are each decorated with whatever theme the classes choose, the theme aligns with a charity. Be sure to look around the two H- halls to find all of the trees! Traveling Toms coffee truck is going to be at Valley on Tuesday this week in the morning. Be sure to bring money to enjoy a sweet treat before school. Exams are also coming up so make sure to prepare in advance.

Exams can be very stressful at times, here are some things that might help:

• Listen to music

• Take breaks in between studying

• Talk to friends and family

• Go on a walk
